Health Map answers, dosha self-check results, doctor enquiries and browsing in the app stay on your phone unless you choose to share them.

What you share, and when

When you message us on WhatsApp or place an order, the team sees only what you send: your message, your prescription photo, or your report. You review every pre-filled WhatsApp message before it goes - nothing is sent for you.

What we never do

• We do not sell your information to anyone.
• We do not share your reports or health details with doctors, labs or anyone else without your choice.
• Doctor enquiries go only to the goMed care team, which then connects you with the clinic - nothing is sent to a doctor or clinic automatically.

Ask the care team on WhatsApp to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
